At their core, collars are made of dry heat-treated material produced from softwood like pine. There are several production routes for collars, but the two most common ones are:

• With one board of 20 cm 
• With two boards of 10 cm each

The main purpose of these wood products is to fit into each other and at the same time stack one on top of the other according to the needs of the user and depending on the purpose. Gama Design’s collars are usually 1200×800 cm in size, made specifically to match the original EUR pallets. But, if necessary, Gama also has collars for smaller (600×800 cm) or larger (1200×1000 cm) pallets.
